# eVision Studio

The purpose of **eVision Studio** is to test and evaluate the **eVision** libraries and tools.

#### HINT
**eVision Studio** does not require any license and allows you to test all libraries and tools. Of course, if you copy some code from **eVision Studio** in your own application but you do not have the required license, you will receive a “missing license” error at run-time.

* Discover the interface in [**Navigating the Interface**](navigating_the_interface/index.html.md).
* Create a graph by combining multiple tools:
  * [**Step 1: Creating a Graph:**](running_tools_on_images/index.html.md#creating-a-graph) add your tools and connect them.
  * [**Step 2: Opening Images:**](running_tools_on_images/index.html.md#opening-images) open one or several images to process.
  * [**Step 3: Managing an ROI:**](running_tools_on_images/index.html.md#managing-an-roi) add an ROI to speed up your process.
  * [**Step 4: Configuring a Tool and Viewing the Results:**](running_tools_on_images/index.html.md#configuring-a-tool-and-viewing-the-results) add a tool to process your image(s) and view the results.
  * [**Step 5: Using the Generated Code:**](running_tools_on_images/index.html.md#using-the-generated-codes) display and use the code corresponding to your graph that is automatically generated in your coding language.
* Enhance and customize your interface in [**Displaying Images**](displaying_images.html.md).
* To decrease the processing time or single-out the object you want to analyze, process only a part of your image with [**Working with a Region**](working_with_a_region.html.md).
