Detailed Description

Decimation of an EPointCloud.

The grid decimator decimates a point cloud by creating a new point cloud containing a point for each grid cell where at least one point exists in the input.

For each grid cell, the output point is the centroid of the input points in the cell. If the cloud has attributes, the attributes of each centroid are the ones of its closest point in the input and the same cell.

◆ EGridDecimator() [2/5]

eVision::Easy3D::EGridDecimator::EGridDecimator ( const eVision::Easy3D::E3DPoint & cellSize)

Creates an EGridDecimator object. If the required cell size is not specified, the default value is 10, 10, 10.

Parameters
cellSizeE3DPoint whose dimensions represent the x,y,z size of the cell

◆ EGridDecimator() [3/5]

eVision::Easy3D::EGridDecimator::EGridDecimator ( float isotropicCellSize)

Creates an EGridDecimator object. If the required cell size is not specified, the default value is 10, 10, 10.

Parameters
isotropicCellSizefloat representing the x,y and z size of the cell

◆ EGridDecimator() [4/5]

eVision::Easy3D::EGridDecimator::EGridDecimator ( const eVision::Easy3D::EGridDecimator & other)
