◆ GetPointCloudBounds()

None eVision.Easy3D.EPointCloudStatistics.GetPointCloudBounds ( eVision.Easy3D.EPointCloud cloud,
eVision.EFloatRange rangeX,
eVision.EFloatRange rangeY,
eVision.EFloatRange rangeZ )
static

Retrieves the bounds of an eVision.Easy3D.EPointCloud.

Parameters
cloudPoint cloud.
rangeXBounds of the point cloud along the X direction.
rangeYBounds of the point cloud along the Y direction.
rangeZBounds of the point cloud along the Z direction.

◆ GetPointCloudCentroid() [1/3]

eVision.Easy3D.E3DPoint eVision.Easy3D.EPointCloudStatistics.GetPointCloudCentroid ( eVision.Easy3D.EPointCloud cloud)
static

Retrieves the centroid (arithmetic mean position of all the points, also known as center of gravity or barycenter) of an eVision.Easy3D.EPointCloud.

It is possible to get the centroid of a sphere or a rectangle (rectangular parallelepiped) shape inside the point cloud. The sphere is defined by it's center and radius, in the eVision.Easy3D.EPointCloud coordinate system. The 3D rectangle is defined by 3 ranges, in X, Y and Z axis, in the eVision.Easy3D.EPointCloud coordinate system.

An exception will be thrown if no point is present in the shape or the point cloud.

Parameters
cloudPoint cloud.

◆ GetPointCloudCentroid() [2/3]

eVision.Easy3D.E3DPoint eVision.Easy3D.EPointCloudStatistics.GetPointCloudCentroid ( eVision.Easy3D.EPointCloud cloud,
eVision.Easy3D.E3DPoint sphereCenter,
float sphereRadius )
static

Parameters
cloudPoint cloud.
sphereCenterThe position of the center of the sphere.
sphereRadiusThe radius of the sphere.
